The City of Sherman is accepting proposals for a CMAR contract for the construction of a new City Hall Facility, pursuant to Section 271.111 et. seq. of the Texas Local Government Code, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals ("RFP").
