    I acknowledge that I am responsible for the purchase of candy to hand out and the event has a large attendance. Further I agree to only pass out a business card with candy. I understand that other information, pamphlets, etc. may be available at the booth, but I agree to not hand it out with candy. I also understand that this is a family / kid friendly event and will not use any scary costumes / decorations. "Sign" name below to acknowledge and agree to terms & conditions.
