Tourism/Main Street Grant Application

  1. Thank you for your interest in the Sherman Main Street/Tourism Grant Program! Please provide the following information about your event or project. All applications must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event date. Any successful grant award carries with it an understanding that the Sherman Main Street Program will be given credit as a sponsor in all marketing and promotional materials.
  2. What is the name of the event, organization, or project for which you're applying?
  3. Is this a recurring (yearly) application?
  4. Please include any supporting documentation such as itemized breakdown of spending, receipts, maps, sponsor lists, flyers, etc.

  5. Grant applications are to be received at least 45 days prior to event date.

    Grants will be issued in amount of $1,000, unless otherwise requested.

    Should the event/project be canceled, monies should be returned to Sherman Main Street in full within 30 days of cancelation.

    Receipts/itemized breakdown of how grant monies were used may be asked for following the event and/or before grant monies are awarded.
