Any call that does not fit the criteria for the other Priority calls.
Priority Four calls should be referred to the Telephone Reporting Unit (TRU). If time does not permit the complainant to wait to be contacted by the TRU or all TRU personnel are busy, the call taker will make an appointment for the complainant to be contacted at a specific time during the TRU duty hours. If none of these choices are possible, an officer will be dispatched following the guidelines mentioned in the other Priority calls.
This guideline should be viewed as a desired result. It is recognized that there will be occasions when it may not be possible to follow this guideline exactly.
