Payment Options
General Information:
Accepted forms of payment are cash, money order, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). For payments made with a check, your name must be printed on the check. We do not accept temporary checks.NOW AVAILABLE...New Online Payment Options!
Utility customers now have the ability to "schedule" utility payments. Customers that are registered with the City of Sherman's website to access their utility account(s) online may now:
- Schedule a one-time payment for a future date; and/or
- Schedule monthly payments for advanced months.
Customers will have full control of the scheduled date and the ability to update payment methods, as well as cancel payments prior to the scheduled date. Please note: Payments scheduled for dates beyond the designated due date will not prevent late fees or termination of service for non-pay.
