The City of Sherman offers a variety of options for parking in our city's Central Business District.
Paid Parking
The City's Laurel Street lot offers more than 110 spaces for paid parking. These spots are not reserved individually, but are dedicated for those who have paid. Paid parking spots are not time-limited. Spots are reserved on a yearly basis for $100 per space.

On-Street Parking
Downtown Sherman contains hundreds of parallel and pull-in parking spots along most of the streets in the CBD. These spots are divided among one-hour limit, three-hour limit, and all-day parking.
Off-Street Parking
The City of Sherman owns several parking lots in the CBD. These lots are split between hourly parking and unlimited parking. Please see the map below for their locations.
