Next Municipal Election
The next Regular Municipal Election was scheduled to be held on November 5, 2019, however there were no opposed candidates so the Election was cancelled. There will be two Special Elections, one to consider Reauthorization of the Street Sales Tax and one for Charter Amendments.
Election Day Quick Reference Dates
- July 20, 2019 - First day to file for a place on the ballot (Office not required to be open on Saturday)
- August 19, 2019 - Last day to file for a place on the ballot
- August 23, 2019 - Last day to file as a write-in candidate
- January 1, 2019 - First day to apply for a ballot by mail
- October 7, 2019- Last day to register to vote in the November election
- October 21, 2019 - First day of early voting by personal appearance
- October 25, 2019 - Deadline to accept application by mail for Early Ballot
- November 1, 2019 - Last day of early voting by personal appearance
- November 5, 2019 - Election day
