Article V, Section 10 of the City Charter requires that the City Council, by resolution, adopt a Capital Improvement Program. Each year, prior to adoption by the City Council, the City will publish a summary of the program and give notice of a public hearing. The first year of the CIP projects for the General CIP and the Utility CIP is funded thru the current fiscal year budget.
