IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE USERS
City of Sherman online billing allows customers to pay bills online in addition to standard mail-in payment. Customer will be charged a convenience fee of $1.25 per transaction for making payment online. Customer may also be charged by its financial institution. Customer agrees to pay the convenience fee and authorizes City of Sherman to charge the amount indicated by the customer to the financial institution and account indicated by the customer. The City of Sherman is not responsible if the customer's financial institution rejects the payment. If the payment is not successful, additional fees my apply and service may be subject to termination.
By enrolling in the City of Sherman online billing system, the customer agrees to the Utility Billing department terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to the customer's service agreement(s) with the City of Sherman. The City of Sherman online billing only applies to those customers that have a valid service agreement.
