The Texoma Council of Governments coordinates the Sherman-Denison Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). Its purpose is to coordinate regional transportation planning with the State of Texas, Grayson County and the Cities of Denison, Howe, Knollwood, Pottsborro, Sherman and Van Alstyne.
