We Want to Know What You Have to Say!
The 400+ employees of the City of Sherman work hard to make your quality of life the best we can make every day. We have implemented the City Manager's Hotline to help streamline communication between citizens and their local government. The hotline is a new process developed to track and monitor citizens' needs and is intended to improve the City of Sherman's response time to your questions and concerns.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE NEEDED
- To report an Emergency Situation, call 911
- For City Utility Problems needing an immediate response call:
903-892-7298 (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm) 903-892-7258 (after hours, weekends & holidays) ALL OTHER INQUIRIES If you have questions, concerns or compliments about our services, please first try to work with those departments that can directly answer your question. If after trying the above, you still have an unresolved issue that you'd like to bring to the attention of the City Manager, there are three ways to do so:
- Send an e-mail to the City Manager's Office

Don't forget to leave your name and contact info... We'll try to answer your question within 24 hours. However, for more complicated issues it may take five (5) business days for us to research the situation and reply.
