You can expect an engaging, fun, supportive and challenging atmosphere in class. ATS is a low-impact weight bearing form of exercise that works withe body's natural inclinations to strengthen and condition the body. Using both slow movements and fast steps, we'll have you dancing in your first class! This class has plenty of review built in; therefore you may drop in at anytime. Students should wear yoga pants and a comfortable tee shirt.
